Why this journal exists
I work in luxury hospitality and I work in real estate. Not one after the other, both at the same time. That is not a complication I am managing. It is the whole point.
More than two decades of looking after global accounts taught me how people want to be treated while something consequential is happening in their lives. This is where I write down what carries over, what does not, and what I am still learning in both.
